Opportunities for optical fibre technicians

Kerala Optical Fibre Network K-Fon 2020, which the government of Kerala is setting up to provide high-speed internet access to over 20 lakh BPL families in Kerala, is expected to be completed by December. Under the leadership of Bharat Electronics Limited (B.E.L.), the project will be completed and funded by K.I.I.F.B. Kerala’s government has launched the K-FON project intending to provide universal access to high-speed Internet. The K-FON project is part of a drive to digitize government services such as e-health, I.T. parks, airports, and seaports.

The service is also available to non-BPL families at an affordable rate. Kerala State Electricity Board and Kerala State I.T. Infrastructure are implementing the project, which affects over 30,000 government offices, educational institutions, and homes. In an optical fibre, the number of vacancies has increased exponentially since many institutes have begun offering this course.

High-speed mobile internet service will be provided by combining optical fibre networks and related equipment from Parassala to Manjeswaram. High-speed broadband services are available from accredited Internet service providers and cable T.V. operators. In 2015 about 330 million Indians were using the Internet, which has grown by about 20%. It is estimated that 718 million Indians will have access to the Internet by 2020.

In India, there are currently five Internet companies worth over $1 billion. During the lockdown days, India ranks number one in terms of Internet usage. With an increase in Internet usage, the country has become the world’s largest Internet market. Those who have completed an optical fibre training course in Kerala will find many job opportunities in K-Fone projects.

If you have completed S.S.L.C. or +2, the Fibre Optics Training Course will be a suitable job training course for you. Fibre optics training course fees are affordable, and the public finds these courses even more attractive. Technology has changed significantly over the last few years. Internet use was first introduced in 1995 in India. At first, it was used for research and education, and the first Internet service provider was V.S.N.L. In 2004, the government issued a broadband policy. Since 2005, the country’s broadband sector has grown steadily.

After the introduction of 3G services in 2010, 4G technology brought robust broadband and internet services to the country. Today, there are both private and public Internet service providers. With the advent of the Internet, marketing has been revolutionized. Traditional advertising has been replaced by digital advertising. Digital marketing is becoming an increasingly popular career choice. New technologies and the Internet have drastically changed the world.

Among them is the modern technology of virtual reality and augmented reality that is used in many places today. Recreation, military training, robotics, engineering, and other designing use it. Today, machines perform many of the jobs that humans once performed. With these tools and the speed of the Internet, the workload is reduced, and efficiency is increased.

During the lockdown days, Internet usage has increased dramatically. The lockdown introduced us to new educational methods and platforms. Since schools are closed, classes are now conducted online. Today, most classes are held via Google Meet, webinars, and zoom. Because of this, mobile phones have become available to many students, which helps them to participate in online classes. This has led to an increase in Internet usage.

With the closure of theatres, films are set to be released on online platforms. Movies are now available on Amazon Prime, Netflix, and O.T.T. In addition, with the advent of the “work-at-home” concept, many people are now working from home. The Internet is used extensively throughout the world today due to all these conditions. Since the lockdown announcement, Internet usage has increased by 14% in India alone. There are many employment opportunities for optical fibre technicians studying at the best optical fibre training institute in India due to the massive growth in internet usage.

The data used for the OTP platform increased by 947% between March and July of last year. According to experts, it will rise again by about 900 % from July to October-November. Data consumption and network speed will increase simultaneously. In order to resolve this problem, new high-speed internet networks must be set up across the country. Government officials are working on the K-FON project to avoid that situation.

Governments across the country are now working toward the objective of bringing optical fibre to all corners of the country to enable faster Internet access.

Through optical fibres, data can be transmitted at a speed of up to 10 Gbps. This included the launch of optical fibre connectivity to the Andaman Islands. The project will enhance facilities in the Andamans, provide government services, and connect the region to the rest of India. It involved submarine optical fibre cable laying ships laying cables over a distance of about 2300 km across the Bay of Bengal. On August 10, 2020, our Prime Minister inaugurated this project.

Shortly a revolution in optical fibre is going to take place around the world. The demand for technical experts in optical fibre will skyrocket. When all other regions of the world saw their employment decline during the pandemic season, employment in the optical fibre sector increased massively.

Today Optical fibres and telecommunications are considered essential services in the world. In the next twenty-five years, the optic thread will be one of the most promising employment sectors in response to the changing job market, and the study method must also change. I.A.S.E., one of Kerala’s best optical fibre training center, offer this course at a moderate cost. This course allows you to get a high-paying job at home or abroad. The opportunity is open to all residents of 14 districts of Kerala, including Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram. Today’s unemployed can benefit from an optical fibre training course.
